About
Hi, I'm Jill.

I take on work at the scale where care still matters: small woodlots, backyards, and properties that have been waiting for someone who will listen to them.
I have worked in environmental conservation and property management for over 10 years. After graduating from Sir Sandford Fleming College as an Ecosystem Management Technician, I gained a wealth of experience working for Conservation Authorities, non-profit organizations and private landscaping companies. I am dedicated to understanding what it means to be a caretaker of the land around me and strive to continually increase my naturalist knowledge with gratitude and awe for the natural world.
I work with landowners, estate managers, cottage owners, and small farms across Wellington County. If your land has been waiting for someone who'll pay attention, I would like to work with you towards meeting your property objectives.

What I Do
Based out of Wellington County, with a lifelong interest in working on the land, with my hands. I started Tended Land because I'm deeply passionate about supporting nature while bringing a strong work ethic and the right expertise to help you meet your property goals, big or small, so you can enjoy your outdoor spaces.
